Invoices for undergraduate tuition are issued by CTC. Invoices for postgraduate tuition are invoiced directly by the MCD. Invoices are processed after week three of a semester. Invoices do not show payments. Undergraduate students should check what they owe with the Academic Records Office if they have already paid some/all of their account.
Statements are mailed out each month and include both charges and payments.
MCD regulations require accounts to be paid in full before results are released or the next semester's enrolment is confirmed.
