Academic Records Office

The Academic Records Office records and maintains the enrolment, re-enrolment, results and financial information for each student at the College. This information is held in confidence and used only for the purpose for which it is gathered.  The office supplies students with documentation relevant to their studies.

The Academic Records Office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Learning Support Coordinator

  • Coordinator of student's access to tutors, 
  • Manager of CTC access to and use of the University of Divinity Learning Management system (ARK), as CTC ARK Liaison Officer
  • Coordinator of training in EndNote for staff and students
  • Coordinator of the provision of services and advice to support and assist students, including peer liaison officers
  • Assistant to the Academic Dean or Associate Dean with the preparation and implementation of student support plans as directed
  • Coordinator and promoter of the availability of lectures and seminar days for teachers to satisfy the requirements of CECV Policy 1.6: Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School
  • Lecturer in accredited disciplines and units, particularly in relation to academic skills

Executive Assistant to the Master

Mrs Jill Doncovio provides administrative support to the Master, Very Rev. Assoc. Prof. Shane Mackinlay, and to other members of the Executive. She is responsible for minutes of the Executive, Staff, Academic Board and Senate meetings of the College. In addition, she assists with the preparation and monitoring of College budgets, contracts for lecturing staff, and liaison with the University of Divinity regarding industry funding.
