The Thomas Carr Centre is administered by the staff of the Archdiocesan Building Services. The staff from Building Services who are located at the Thomas Carr Centre include:

Building Services is responsible for:

• Room Bookings in the Thomas Carr Centre*
• OHS matters
• First Aid and Sick Bay
• Receiving reports of general maintenance needs
• Receiving and receipting student fees

*The MacKillop Room (mezzanine level of Mannix Library) is booked through the Academic Records Office of CTC
