Master of Theological Studies - MTS
The Master of Theological Studies provides a wider coverage of theological subjects for those who already hold a primary degree in theology.Entry Requirements:
Bachelor of Theology (or equivalent)
Structure:
These coursework requirements may include:
- up to two supervised ministry placements (each equivalent to one unit at level 3)
- a 25,000 word synthesis of an interdisciplinary nature, with an oral examination of 60 minutes before two examiners (equivalent to three units at level 4)
- an oral examination of 90 minutes before three examiners (equivalent to three units at level 4)
- up to two level 1 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) (each equivalent to one unit at level 3)
