Dr Callan Ledsham is a lecturer at Catholic Theological College and is the Head of the Department of Philosophy. He lectures in Latin, Epistemology, Modern Philosophy, Natural Law, and Medieval Philosophy.

Callan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Western Australia, a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education from Australian Catholic University, a Master of Arts from Monash University, a Masters and PhD in Philosophy from the Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium).

He is a sessional lecturer in Ethics at Australian Catholic University and has also been a sessional lecturer in the United Faculty of Theology (Parkville).

His current research interests are medieval philosophy (John Duns Scotus), early modern philosophy (Hume), the problem of philosophical proofs/treatments of the necessity of revelation, contemporary ethics and political philosophy.
